The snapshot folder does not contain any files. The location of the folder is D:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL\90\MSSQL.1\MSSQL\repldata

In Sql server agent log also it is not updating anything. The folder have the full control permission for the user account which is used for SQL Agent to run

In windows log and SQL agent it is not updating anything. I am able to open the studio from another server which has connectivity to the first server.

The error is
Could not load file or assembly 'System.EnterpriseServices, Version=2.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b03f5f7f11d50a3a' or one of its dependencies. The module was expected to contain an assembly manifest. (mscorlib)

The issue was fixed by giving the correct host name as in network in the client network utility.
