When you say second set, do you mean CalendarTodaySet ?

Excellent. It looks like it works. I have added an IS NULL(Date, DateDate()) so open ones count right up to todays date.

I think it was because in value I had added ''. E.g.'Term 1' rather than just putting Term 1. Fingers crossed its working fine now.

Both computers are connecting to the same server where all the details are stored. Nothing is stored locally on any machine.
