Managed to get gsprint to discover the printer but got another error related to Windows GDI Driver.

Found a simple solution by creating a Virtual Directory using IIS7.0
Only thing now is how to incorporate this link in my SSRS menu so the user can access them.

Unfortunately, I am running on Standard Edition so Data Driven Subscription is not an option anymore.
Have you try using SSIS as an alternative ? I am just unsure the process...

Ok, problem solved. I rebooted the database server.
As you guys suggested, locked processes ... it is correct. Something locked that function. Thanks for all your suggestions.

Just use 2 tables and depends on where your user view it. It can be a store procedure populating the final table for display.
