i did try that with extractor...it works..but for some reasons it is splitting the litespeed backup into 14 different sql native client backups..thanks everyone

actually spid 55 is running. I did run profiler but the job hung yesterday..eben though after running profiler couldnt really capture much information since the job is at the same...

what is the port number you are using? The default is 25..try using 26. Worked for me all the time
