Use SQL configuration manager to change passwords, you don't need to restart the services.
I have used HammerDB many times, Kendra's post[/url] helped me getting started to use HammerDB....

I second Jason's comment. I have extensively used both Confio and Sentry, never found any ambiguous data. I think these are leaders in SQL performance monitoring tool.

Take a look at event viewer, see if you can see any warnings or errors related to that drive.

Yeah i want a script at-least for this go round, there are about 500 databases. I will keep looking.
