How do you know SQL Server is taking 55 GB out of 64 GB, even if that's about how much should be allocated to the sql instance anyways.

I was able to solve this. I was using only 1 NIC and it was connected to iSCSI source,in the validation there was a warning ( who reads warnings ;-)...
