I have changed the and statement however I still get 4 results unfortunately.
I've attached the query results with the Industry and without the Industry table.

The SQLServer and SQLAgent login are both under login "local system" so I can't give those logins access to the backup server as far as I'm aware.
I'm able to backup...

The account I'm running the job under and I'm logged in as both have full permissions to the backup location.

The actual SQL Server is running under "Network Service" and is on a different domain so I'm not sure how to give it access the way you mentioned.

The SQL Service account is logged on as "Network Service" instead of a domain network account.
Am I still able to give it permissions to the backup server somehow?

The SQL Service is running under a Windows NT account and therefore doesn't have access to the backup location.
My understanding is that backup jobs run under the SQLAgentService login though...
