Not quite, putting the sum at the table footer will insure that it prints at the end of the table, but I need to insure that the sum always prints...

May just have to do that, I wasn't sure if there maybe was a system field to say when the table was last updated

Actually the error is coming from SQL Server. I pulled them all together in Crystal and it worked
