HelloI want to know if after you rebuild and reorganize the need to update the statistics with the command "EXEC sp_updatestats"

A reindex also updates stats with a good sample...

The instance is not clustered.
I ran setup and used the maintenance> Edition Upgrade option on installation centre.

The replication Monitor also helps. Rightclick your pubication and select Launch Replication Monitor.
