The answer is AES_128 | AES_192 | AES_256 ONLY for 2016. To use the Triple_Des you have to drop the compatibility level of the database below the 2016 (130) version....

The only way using alt alone works is with the mouse which you shouldn't be using with short cuts anyway. Defeats the whole purpose. alt+arrow moves objects in the code....

You didn't really say "named instance" in the question. You said "known as". Why would you place a named instance on a single instance server?
