For Information, I did manage to get this working.
In the 'conditions' I created a target called 'Only SA Login'.
This condition uses a facet of 'Login' and, using the standard pull-downs...

Hi,
Did you manage to check the SQL Server max memory parameter in both instances?
Were they different?
If so, were you able to make the parameters the same and re-test?

According to the Application Event Viewer and SQL Profiler it is trying to access master, and that is the default database for NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM.
