assuming you have setup transactional replication

temporarily removed the file sql_engine_core_keyfile.dll, after uninstall moved to its location...it worked

can you share more info from the logs, eventviewer

I created this in standby/readonly.. but its changed to standby/ singleuser/ readonly..

how to do i check who/how was this change done

check if the sql agent service starts...also check for any jobs that are running
