u can find that in LOG folder in MSSQL base directory

C:\ProgramFiles\Microsft SQL Server\MSSQL\log

please check the latest log file and error its s reporting..

as you are installing the whole OS itself , so ur cluster info will also go away.

So u need to preparfe cluster again

please see the attached file... which will help you a lot in tracking DB growth i.e. for capacity planning

but its a easy way.. u can find lots of scripts on...

i believe your installation has not successful... just check summary.txt (which created while installing sql server) ... also can u please paste the error message u got when u try...

We have this setup in our company..., so this we have used log shipping.. i assume your backup database is in read only mode....
