please restore the DB using MOVE option, as ur datafiles are not corectly pointed.

please check maintenance plan job log..
u can find that in LOG folder in MSSQL base directory
C:\ProgramFiles\Microsft SQL Server\MSSQL\log
please check the latest log file and error its s reporting..

as you are installing the whole OS itself , so ur cluster info will also go away.
So u need to preparfe cluster again

we recieve SQLServer

I have manually rebuild both the indexes (as per the error message two indexes need rebuild) and i have rerun the job, still its failing with the same error message....
