Anyway, If you mean how many instances you can create:
SQL Server 2008 Enterprise Edition and Standard Edition support 50 instances. SQL Server 2008 Workgroup Edition supports 16 instances.

Hi,
Just do these steps:
1-right-Click on database name on your object explorer
2- select "script database as"
3- select "Create To"
4- choose where do you want to generate your script.
