Hundreds of TBs? No thanks. Not interested. Mostly because of management's unrealistic expectations. Tech life was *much* easier before everyone used Google, FB, Amazon, iPhones, etc....

UltraEdit is our toaster.
Works well enough that we don't see any reason to try Notepad++ or anything else in order to deal with HUGE files.
