A couple of honest questions:
1.  What happens to indexes, triggers, and other dependent objects  with schema swapping?  You may not want an index on the table in the shadow...

I took the code from the article and attempted to run it.  It ran for over 3 minutes before I canceled it.  Is that a normal runtime for this query...
