Opps sorry, i tried from Surface are configuration only.
And also i tried in configuration tools also but the status is not changing when i am enabling.
Can i reinstall the Tools...

i am able to ping that server through ipaddress.

By using DBCC opentran command you can find the transaction which is running longer time.

You can detach the db from source and attach on the destination server.

Better to take full backup after truncating log file.

Better to do that deletion at off hours, you may minimize that problem. After deleting tables rebuild the indexes.

It dose not depend on which recovery mode, which you have kept.

Try this,
1. Change secondary db article name and check.
2. Drop index on secondary db.
