Well, it appears that my SQL syntax was just taxing the server too much.

I changed from

SELECT DISTINCT

FROM

GROUP BY

HAVING

WHERE

to

SELECT DISTINCT

FROM

WHERE

GROUP BY

HAVING

...and it runs fine. I still don't...
