I've already tried what you suggested by saving and replacing the "SQL Server Enterprise Manager" file in MMC folder. In my new profile it still opens my new console content...

This was the problem. I gave a user db_datawriter role assuming that it should have SELECT permission as well.

These are SQL Server users. As I said, after giving them db_datawriter role some of them assume it right away, but for some other I have to go into "Permissions"...
