Okay. Now it will not let me install BCM. The error log it referes me to says this:

Yes. I uninstalled SQL Server 2005 Express without installing BCM. Before I unistall BCM and reinstall it, do you recommend something else?

I tried everything that the link you suggested said to do and nothing worked. I even unistalled SQL Server 2008 Express and installed the 2005 version and Service Pack 3...
