When I'm applying a long sequence of tlogs to a database, it's not restoring pages anywhere except the log file....

I'm actually going to restore the DB manually and just say "No, the database is already initialized." And fill out the rest of the wizard. I assume it will just...

In the GUI wizard, only getting two fields. One for data, one for log. I guess I just need to specify the parent directory of the directories containing the data...

I have a database with like 20 data files and a log file. Any idea how to use Microsoft native log shipping for that? Or is that not possible?

I enabled traceflag 1222 -1 to log deadlocks to a table. Looks like this link might be more what I want... I assume step 3 just goes into a job?

Mail is already setup, I am not sure how to setup the job to check for deadlocks, and alert when there are locks..
