i just checked 2008 and i do have ssis but it says needs convesion.

also one question which version of 2005 do i need i mean developer express or enterprise...

ok, i thought it would be fine as the distination seems to be correct data.

this happens only to one excel, I am wondering if it is because of large amount...

it is text in excel. anyway solved it by changing data type in db to text 😀
