i tried but dont find that well documented for the above softwares i mentioned - Microsoft Command Line Utilities for SQL Server, MS Report Builder, and MS SQL Server Management...

Also tried the alternative method.

1.Created 2 SQL VMs sqlvm3 and sqlvm4

2.Tried to deploy WFSC using ARM template

70% of the time wait type is dbmirror_dbm_mutex and this is an undocumented wait type . should i be worried? i am using sql 2012

maybe this helps to get the last execution time from the cache available , try 

SELECT DB_NAME(database_id)
  ,OBJECT_NAME(object_id)
  ,cached_time
  ,last_execution_time
  ,execution_count
FROM sys.dm_exec_procedure_stats

yes this is not a case of orphan users and I do see logins for few days when suddenly they disappear . I am curious to know that

issue has been fixed . there was another test database which was sharing the same file name . I dropped the test database and issue resolved

@tazzman - I don't want to change the logical file name of database so this solution is not correct
