I have deployed to SSISDB and executed from there. Surprisingly, it has executed successfully.

Issue fixed. I have installed Office 2010 redistributable 32 bit at command prompt with /passive switch

Actually the error is "Could not load table information" So, in the Excel source, table dropdown, no tables displayed.
