INSERT INTO NEWSERVER.MSDB.DBO.SYSDTSPACKAGES
SELECT * FROM OLDSERVER.MSDB.DBO.SYSDTSPACKAGES
or export all records from msdb.dbo.sysdtspackages to new server.
