When I want to execute sp_fulltext_database on another SQLServer2000. (Enterprise edition, SP3) I get the following error:

'Execution of a full-text operation failed. The parameter is incorrect.'

I get this error...

Reinstalling SP3 solved the problem.

There is nothing about 'lock timeout' in bol. The value for 'remote query timeout' is 0, but I get error 10249 'Lock Timeout'.

I think that this is not a sp_configure item (cfr.SQL7 and SQL2000)

I don't find the topic in books on line for SQLServer 6.5

Someone pointed out this being a bug. I'm installing the fix and let you know how it goes.
