sp_change_user_login only fixes the orphaned users, as a restored db will have a diff SID from the logins.

In your scenario, you need to export the user,role and permission...

once u complete attach/rename, u need to fix the users for the db, as there will be an SID mismatch since you have moved it to a diff server.
