I'm using SQL Server 2005 x64 Developer

I'm not so familiar with these (DBCC DBREINDEX, UPDATE STATISTICS), please could you be more specific, what to do, and what is it for?

Problem was solved as soon as I installed Management tools (Client tools) because I needed SQL Server Management Studio on server.
