We have hundreds of databases distributed all over the world. Anyone tried using DTS to update the schema of distributed databases like these? Is dtsrun.exe distributable?

Apparently I was using SP3. I uninstalled/reinstalled SQL Server, and installed SP3a. That appears to have fixed it.
Only took a day and a half.

It appears this patch is cumulative, including the latest for the worm:

Once I installed this, the ssnetlib.dll from this patch was newer than the one provided...
