Actually, I just created a New Connection Manager by doing the following:

Your Connection Manager named, "SourceConnectionOLEDB" is failing to connect. There are so many different possible reasons, it's hard to say what's happening (maybe that's why nobody wanted to respond...

TaDa...and DUH! It was the provider. Changed from "Microsoft.ACE.OLEDB.12.0" to, "Microsoft.Jet.OLEDB.4.0" and all is well.

BTW - I changed all of the other properties back to their defaults and...
