Go to the Properties Page of the solution and change the TargetServerVersion (right below where you set the TargetServerURL for publishing) to 2008 R2.

If you have separate tables for each dataset, you can use the PageName property.

RIGHT is expecting an integer to tell it how many characters you want. Replace "some number" with your number.

RIGHT([address], LEN(LTRIM(RTRIM([address])), some number)

From the Properties Pane, select the Tablix in question and look for "NoRowsMessage", under the No Rows subsection. Add the desired phrase there.
