Select a single cell, and go to Properties. At the bottom, there is a Size value. You can set the column width this way.

RIGHT is expecting an integer to tell it how many characters you want. Replace "some number" with your number.
RIGHT([address], LEN(LTRIM(RTRIM([address])), some number)

From the Properties Pane, select the Tablix in question and look for "NoRowsMessage", under the No Rows subsection. Add the desired phrase there.
