I'm trying to cast/Convert the whole of the concatenation result. I take it you cant' do that?

So just to confirm both jobs that import data from EXCEL 2010 into SQL rn from SSIS now. But now I have Deployed them to run via SQL...

Tried this and giving the server a reboot to see if that works -

I did recreate the connection.

Now I've published it to run over Integration Services from Management Studio, that is now failing. Trying to work that out now.

Never knew importing an...

It's direct in SSIS that I'm testing it.

It's now working. I started the whole package from scratch??

Worked it out - it was table specific. I was wrongly informed it was affected all tables.

The table had a "." in it which Query Analyser didn't like.

From SQL Server worked which was really bizarre.

Appears to have started working all of a sudden - no SQL changes at all?

Where would I view the connection string from Microsoft Query?
