I agree with the other comments. The given answer is incorrect.
That's two days in a row I've missed points because of incorrect answers. Does anyone review these before publishing?

As David Burrows has stated, SERVERPROPERTY is not valid in 7.0. therefore there is no single correct answer to this QOD.
