At the same time there are all so TimeOut erros on IIS logs. But erros are coming from different sources, different databases and applications...
Nothing on SQL-server log at the sametime.

No it's not rebooted. Other 2 IIS are not reporting errors at the same time. And sql reboot withim 5-30 seconds? nop.
It seems like iis and sql are getting lot...

Ok. I found litle vbscript (activex) script to the task. First I do simple DTS export then execute my activex and then mail the file to cutomer.

Not quite sure, but some programs call needed export format as Merge file. How do I export data as merge file from SQLserver?

We have same peroblem. We have one stred proc wich is called couple of thousand times a day. Randomly it generates error:
