You have a backup delete task in SSIS which can be used to specify the location where the backup files reside. Why can't you use that.

The easiesrt method to do is use SSMS and then delete the login from the security folder.

Check if any application is using more hassh tables and they are plenty of rows in it. They are the usual cause for that.

Move the tempdb to RAID 1 and then put your executables in a other drive than the boot drive.

Query the sysdatabases to find which databases is currenly running with users. You can also find the database not being used by tracing the activity.

But why do you change the page file. To my knowledge it will not help your sql server anyways.
