Ive got it working!
I restarted all the services, then used the Surface Area configurator to Add a new administrator and it worked?
Weird - i didnt really do anything!

Ive not seen a free mini reporting suite, but i have used Apex SQL Reports in the past.

Its a really good reporting suite for the smaller business/low budget...
