Preserved and Unpreserved:
I often use the terms "preserved" and "unpreserved" table. I think it's from some ORACLE documentation that I read about 15+ years ago, but I find it useful....

I wasn't too concerned about the Diebold-type electronic voting machines until I read Avi Rubin's book, Brave New Ballot. I recommend it highly.
