Provide the parameter in the SP?

I have the parameter in my report and an integer that allows Nulls.

Now, I am not getting any results when running my report.

I changed the Where statement at the bottom to include ADDY.FullyAddress because I don't want the users entering in AddressID's,...

How do I pass the parameter when executing my SP?
