I had the same issue on SQL Server 2017 (14.0.3335.7) when we changed the SQL Server Service account across all services (SQL Server, SQL Agent, SSIS, SSRS)

This what I've done...

I had found that my Job was executing against a DNS name and not the SQL Server Name. So Check your SQL server name : select @@servername and make sure...
