Now, I got the error 7311, cannot obtain the schema rowset "DBSCHEMA_Tables" for the OLE DB provider "MSDASQL" for linked server, the provider supports the interface, but returns a failure...

Now, I got the test connection successfully again, but got the following error:
cannot initialize the data source object of ole db provider "MSDASQL" for linked server
Any idea?

Yes, I can get the user creation date, but not the permissions.

HI, the problem is on Delegation setting. The keberos sensitivity flag was set, cleared the flag and reboot the server.

it is not stored procedure. the application send the SQL statement to SQL, which use cursor to update the database.

Thanks, I am using the Windows cluster. the issue was resolved. I forgot to add the resource in the installation.

Thanks, Jason, I am not sure. That one occurs when you run insert statement, but I did not run the insert, just integrity check.

Thanks, The linked server uses sa, so it should have enough right.

Both servers are in same subnet with a 1GB link and both servers are SQL 2005 64 bit in windows 2003 server 64 bit.
