You can Remote Desktop in and start perfmon locally?

We use different domain here, I just ran "Performance" with Run As under different account

SQL is good at managing its own memory so I would not try to second guess it as to how much it needs, or risk throttling the OS...

Im going to show my ignorance but what is the difference.. ? e.g is it better performace wise etc
