I figured it out after a little research:

=DateAdd(DateInterval.Day, 28,Parameters!StartDate.Value)

Now they want me to also go out 4 weeks and find the Sunday of that forecast week. I thought I could just add the +28 but either that...

I used this in the parameter settings and it works great. Thanks so much for your help.
