I am not aware of a way to delete the extra rows in Excel. Sorry.

You can either use the Table Headers as your page header (remove you report header completely) and then add Several Blank rows between your dynamic headers and the table...

Try Dundas... Their dashboards are really neat.. Also, Dundas in included with SQL2008

You generally need to do the calculation in your SQL or SP to get this calculation to work.

Have you tried going into Tools >Macro > Microsoft Script Editor, finding the connection string and then change then source server.
