Is the drivers 32 bit? Maybe the runtime needs to be 32 bit?

For a subscription, you need to stored the connection credentials within the report itself.

Not do able without some customer coding or by using data driven subscriptions available in the Enterprise version of SSRS.

Parameter Question. a parameter does not have to apply to any tablix in a report, so you could have parameter 1 filter only tablix 1, and then parameter 2...
