HanShi u are correct, I just checked everything was setup fine except for Schedule properties was not Enabled.

1to 4 is correct the problem is after the reschedule the Job didn't run at the time that was stated, ity didn't run at all.

Yes I do have sufficient permission.

I'm thinking maybe its could be that SQL Server is running under Local System. I'ven't try changing its to use different account.
