Its alright. Both value are still "NULL" after dbcc reindex. It somehow fix the corrupted table.

Can I check with you what is the value for

1. DevMgmtServerConfigHistoryId

2. PolicyServerLastGroupingNumber

after you run the "dbcc dbreindex('TableName')?
