Max memory is set at 60,000 MB. I left approximately 12 gb for the OS.

I think I fixed problem. I initially setup security to use a domain user account versus NT Authority\NetworkService. I can now access the Reports from my local PC:

Problem fixed. Went to cluster manager and add the drive as a dependency to the SQL Server resource.:-)
