It was working fine until it came across an index on a view earlier, since i referenced sys.tables instead of sys.objects it didn't pick these up. This is now resolved....

You need to configure the MsDtsSrvr.ini.xml to reference your cluster \ instance name

This is in the ssis installation route folder and there are plenty of guides on how to do...
