I agree you all. But am imagining like restore a backup of msdb to another instance of same version and then upgrade to newer version, then restore to target msdb.???...

I do not think mirrored database can be taken offline. Depending on what maintenance work you will do, you need to reconfigure it later.

I meant to say empty space inside pages. If pages have lots of empty space inside them, these unused spaces will affect exeution plan?

The optimiser has no knowledge of fragmentation, therefore logical fragmentation cannot directly affect an execution plan.
Can you please explain Internal Fragmentation also cant affect an exeuction plan?

when index being accessed first time, their statsitics with same name wiill be created automatically and listed under "Statistics".

I am not sure. But could it be a virtual memory related error? Due to disk fragmentation, large memory area for page file can not be allocated!!!!!

I am not much comfortable with Sql Audit feature. I would suggest to use native auditing (Properties->Secutiry-> Both failed and Successful logins)

Is it system statistics?
I beleive it can be dropped by DROP STATISTICS [dbo].[tablename].[statsname] command.

Full backup file is being overwritten(append) by Differential backup so file size increases.
