check the datatypes of the Parameters...you have to make sure that the datatypes should be compatible

Check your destination table column datatype.I think you are inserting the text values into destination column which is having the datatype as Numeric. 😉

Hi,
Finally I found the solution.
Its the problem with job configuration.They have configured the job to run at step 2(start step).
Thats why it didn't run the Step1.
